A kindly "philanthropist" has agreed to pay for you to place an art-in-public places, non-political, non-denominational message on billboards across your city. Your project is to inspire your fellow citizens, to entreaty more compassion, and to foster an appreciation of their mutual interdependence. You can use images and as many words as you like, with the caution that your message should probably be reasonably succinct to have an impact.
